Have you reviewed your Monday email regarding tornado info and location?  

Two tours today:

• Zone Choice tour from 9:00-9:45
• HAG tour from 11:40-12:30

As we move to make our schools safer, we are asking for staff to wear their teacher IDs. If you do not have an ID bade, please let Mrs. H know.  
Also, remind parents to have a visitor badge when moving throughout the building.

As I am out for the Joint Principals meeting this morning, I am grateful for your leadership in the building.

Please assist Ms. Perez with appropriate time for translations. With her responsibilities in the office and first grade classrooms, she needs to be given at least 5 work days to complete a translation. Thanks!

 As you may know Mr. Kirby is currently out, so here is the plan for the week:

• Mrs. H is opening the building at 6:00 and teachers can enter after 6:30, as usual.
• Ms. Harper is our district sub working from 8:30-2:30. As usual, call the office if you need "a clean up".
• SMO (Ms. Sidney and Ms. Yashika) will be here from 2:00-8:00.
• Please assist as much as possible as we work through the transition.
• If you have any comments, please send them to Mrs. H through email.

Read Across America Day @ 8:35 in the hallways.  I will make an announcement to begin and end our session.  The expectation is silent sustained reading by everybody in the building.  Thanks!

#WEingniteinclusion is a initiative to honor the hard working cafeteria staff that unite our school.  You will find student letters in your box and I will walk the halls during the silent read to provide each staff member with a card so you can jot a note of appreciation to the Cafe' Crew.

    Friday is Read Across America day!
Brunson is celebrating with a 10 minute, whole school read.  

• If you are in the main building, please bring your students (each with a book) into the hall at 8:35.  

• Students in learning cottages will remain in their trailers for their independent reading time. 

• Every person in the building will read from 8:35-8:45.
