Students benefit from routines on days like this.  Continue building those relationships as the excitement of the day builds.

We are glad to have the EL Conference attendees back.

The morning will be spent with Dee in training and a portion of time will be devoted to our CREWS.  

  The afternoon is yours to spend preparing grades

First Quarter ends Friday, Oct 27th

·        Specialist, EC, resource, etc. grades need to be sent to the class room teachers by Monday, Oct. 30^th at 10:00 AM

·        Report cards/comments to administrator by Wednesday, Nov. 1^st by 3:30 PM

·        Admin returns report cards to teachers with comments to change ~ Friday, Nov. 3^rd at 8:00 AM

o   3^rd-5^th please make changes and send to Katie by Wednesday, Nov 8^th at 4:00 PM

o   Katie will print and place them in your boxes by Monday, Nov. 13^th at noon

o   K-2 please make changes and print by Tuesday the 14^th  

·        Report cards in the Tuesday packet ~ Nov. 14^th

Leadership opportunity on Monday~

Laurie and Nelva must renew their first aid Monday afternoon. I have a 2 interviews and a parent conference. 

We need office coverage from 1:00-3:45.  You will have computer access and it should be quiet.  

Anyone available to assist during this time OR a section of this time? Thanks for considering!

Let's continue to be CREW as we have multiple subs in the building.  Checking in with them as often as possible, demonstrates the supportive nature of Brunson...remember you may need one of them later in the year if you get sick.

Training with Dee continues Monday morning.  We are looking forward to more faculty CREW time.

"We are CREW" Reminders (read carefully, please):

• Students going to the gym for bus rider dismissal need a book.  Remind all students to read during this time.
• Assist students in monitoring the restrooms This can begin a great conversation with students about responsibility

• Paper thrown on the floor
• Paper stuffed in toilets until it overflows
• Please be in your assigned location for morning and afternoon duties. 
• Dismissal to the gym and car riders at designated time
• (Yesterday, my CREW talked about "time" being one of the aspects of responsibility and respect.)
• Sitting with your classroom at lunch strengths the relationships.
• For security purposes, the front door cannot be propped home.  We'd like your assistance.
• Alley parking is only for cafe' workers (asked by the district workers) Thanks!
