Good Morning - Week "B"

This week we will be administering the ITBS (Iowa Test of Basic Skills) for select second and fifth graders that qualified. There are 16 students that will be participating. 

• The fifth graders will be screened on Tuesday, November 17th ONLY in Mrs. Currin's office from 10-11:30 a.m. 
• The second graders will be screened on Tuesday, November 17th-Thursday, November 19th in Mrs. Alva's classroom and one pull-out group in the nurse's office from around 10-11 a.m.

Please be considerate of these students as you travel through the hallways over the next several days. Don't hesitate to contact Kristen Turner with questions or concerns.

I am the elementary Principals meeting today and will return after lunch.  The agenda is in the blog documents folder on the shared drive.

9. Solitude and Reflection

• Students and teachers need time alone to explore their own thoughts, make their own connections, and create their own ideas. They also need to exchange their reflections with other students and with adults.
