** Notes from Evergreen Site visit

• EL Education focuses on cultivating a school culture that emphasizes growth, celebration, and community.
• Intentionality, integration, collaboration, enthusiasm, and passion fuel student engagement, which fosters high-quality work.
• Creating a culture where all students feel safe and valued is tantamount to our school successfully helping children achieve their potential
• Students are open to the revision process and feel proud of their final product.
• Character education is a school wide initiative and everyone is involved in its implementation and execution. 
• EL Education aligns nicely with the Design Process. 
• We are excited to tell you more next Wed. at the staff meeting!!
