Aiphone Entry Protocol
On Friday, May 4th, join more than 50,000 EL Education students and teachers for Better World Day, a time to honor the power of students across the country to shape a more just future through their learning. School communities will share student work that has contributed to a better world and connect with fellow citizen scholars across the country in acts of service.
Aiphone Entry Protocol
Before allowing building entry always offer a kind greeting and ask or say:
- Do you have WS/FCS or other ID? Please show it
- Who are you here to see?
- Please come to the office, sign in and we will direct you to where you need to go
- More than one person? Please identify each individual.
- Do not allow “tailgating.”
- Make sure each person is identified before you allow entry into the building
- School staff should let office personnel know of visitors they are expecting.
- STAFF should ALWAYS wear a badge or identification.
- Visitors should ALWAYS wear a badge or identification.
- Display common courtesy in the way and manner in which guests are greeted and questions are asked via Aiphone.
- Common courtesy does not include holding the door for unknown guests or allowing unknown individuals entry.
