Monday MM & EOQ Schedule

Good Morning!

The last two weeks of this quarter are complex as we adjust for testing schedules.  The following information should help us all make great decisions to maximize our instructional delivery. 

Every PLT will have two meetings in these last two weeks.  One will be on our early release day and the other will be;

• Kindergarten - Friday, October 24th
• First grade - Monday, October 20th
• Second grade - Tuesday, October 21st
• Third grade - Wednesday October 22nd
• Fourth grade - Friday, October 24th
• Fifth Grade - Monday, October 20th
• 3rd HAG - Thursday, October 30th
• 4th HAG - Tuesday, October 28th
• 5th HAG - Wednesday, October 29th

Wednesday October 22nd - UNITY DAY

• WEAR ORANGE
• Early Release day
• No afternoon specials
• Specials Schedule posted & Blog docs
• Start in Vertical groups @ 1:45 
• Meet in media center at 3:00
• Summarize and action plan 

Thursday October 23rd

• RTA testing for selected 4th graders

Friday October 24th

• Math EOQ
• No morning specials/mod groups
• Specials Schedule posted & Blog docs
• One Lunch adjustment
• Weber and Woody in line at 11:30
• Weber and Woody eat in gym

Monday, October 27th

• Science EOQ 5th grade only
• No technology classes in the AM

Tuesday, October 28th

• ELA EOQ 4th & 5th grades
• Regular specials schedule
• One Lunch adjustment
• Weber and Woody in line at 11:30
• Weber and Woody eat in gym

Wednesday, October 29th

• PICTURE DAY
• Schedule posted & Blog Docs
• Faculty meeting 3:30-4:30
• EOQ make-ups

Thursday, October 30th

• New Faculty Dinner 6:30-8:00
• EOQ make-ups

Friday, October 31st

• Reserved for Schools workday
• Report cards deadlines
• 3rd-5th to Damita before 11/2
• K-2 to Kathy before 11/3
