We based this on the classes that were "shorted" last week due to testing.

I am asking for you assistance to improve the quality of custodial services. Please provide an e-mail before the end of the week with feedback that will lead toward improvement. I am looking for enhanced processes resulting in a clean environment for all stakeholders.
