your school's help. We have worked with Dr. Ward and her staff to
prepare the following surveys for the evaluation of the Rachel's
Challenge program. The following schools need to complete
the electronic surveys by December 20th. Thank you for helping with this.

Here's the specifics you need to complete the surveys.
As part of the Rachel’s
Challenge program evaluation, we are asking all of your teachers, and
your 2nd through 5th grade students to complete a survey on school
climate. The survey can be completed by
students younger than second grade, but the reading involved may be too
difficult. Please use your discretion in having K-1 students take the
survey. It is fine for teachers to read the survey aloud to any
student. It should take no longer than 10-15
minutes and be completed by December 20th.
The survey is electronic. Please send teachers and students the appropriate link below so they can answer the survey questions.
The results will be tabulated and analyzed as part of the evaluation.
You will also receive a copy of your school’s survey results.
