Important information will be shared at our faculty meeting tonight including STEM week activities and an update on the budget issues and AIG. Please be in the media center by 3:20 so we may start on time.
We are a site for a State Field test for fifth grade. That administration will take place on Thursday, April 12th to coincide with the Extend 2 testing which runs through the 13th.
Yet before we hit April, we still have the formative EOQ administration with a unique schedule developed to add proctors and build familiarity for the EOG. Assignments for all our instructional assistants will be made prior to the faculty meeting on Wednesday.
Learning Team Meetings during our quarter testing window are off the typical schedule and will be uniquely arranged by Andy and Kathy. Look for some communication from them regarding your next meeting date as some will be rescheduled while others are at a point to be cancelled until we return from Spring Break.
The specials schedule is only slightly adjusted for Friday's Science (sorry to the fifth grade HAG teachers.) Monday through Wednesday the specials are 25 minutes in length beginning at the posted time. This five minute "Passing Period" before the next class arrives allows each specialist to prepare. Thursday, Mach 29th, we will be back on the regular Day 5 schedule.
